1. What we collect
We collect public community messages from enabled Telegram sources, private questions you send to Globie, generated answers, feedback, account-link records, web sessions, and provider-claim contact details. Telegram sender IDs are stored as hashes.
2. How we use it
We use this data to answer settlement questions, find similar community cases, improve extraction quality, prevent abuse, and keep the service secure. We never sell personal data or publish exact private questions and answers by default.
3. AI providers
Globie may send the minimum needed question and context to OpenAI-compatible model providers to generate or classify answers. We avoid sending raw phone numbers in public extraction fields and redact sensitive contact data where possible.
4. Retention and your rights
Private questions, answers, conversations, and feedback live until you request deletion. Revoked sessions and expired account-link tokens are retained for 90 days. Community source history follows the 12-month ingestion window. You can request export or deletion from your account page, or contact privacy@nationhug.com.
5. Community source promise
We ingest only sources enabled by an admin or operator, do not republish exact private user chats on public pages, hash sender IDs, and honor takedown requests from group admins through the privacy contact address.
6. Cookies and contact
